Chris Parsons

Managing Director

Following a career in Operations Management in the justice sector, Chris joined the team  in 2018. With a strong background in operational management and leadership, he has had an exciting and varied journey with Tetra, which after four years led him to take on the role of Director of Group Operations.

In line with a strategic re-organisation of the Wigley portfolio, he is now Managing Director of Tetra Real Estate Ltd. In this role he is responsible for overall the leadership and strategic direction of high-performing team delivering property investment, development and asset management.

Louis Washington-Smith

Asset Director

Louis was appointed Asset Director in January 2022 after joining the business in 2011 and is responsible for the management of the group’s portfolio of assets, as well as the maximisation of the income it generates.

He leads the delivery of new acquisitions and disposals and oversees all landlord and tenant matters to understand and support the business needs of tenants to encourage their future growth.

Danny Leitch

Operations

Danny manages the delivery of all business support operations for Tetra Real Estate Ltd through Wigley Connect, managing an experienced support team of approximately 15 people.

Danny and his team are responsible for Admin, Finance, HR, IT, Marketing, Office Management and Compliance services.

Wigley Connect acts an accelerator for a small number of select partners, providing critical, tailored and integrated support services that unlock their potential.

The Wigley Connect Team allows businesses to focus on their core activities, knowing their critical business support is being handled diligently and efficiently.
