Managing Director
Following a career in Operations Management in the justice sector, Chris joined the team in 2018. With a strong background in operational management and leadership, he has had an exciting and varied journey with Tetra, which after four years led him to take on the role of Director of Group Operations.
In line with a strategic re-organisation of the Wigley portfolio, he is now Managing Director of Tetra Real Estate Ltd. In this role he is responsible for overall the leadership and strategic direction of high-performing team delivering property investment, development and asset management.

Louis Washington-Smith
Asset Director
Louis was appointed Asset Director in January 2022 after joining the business in 2011 and is responsible for the management of the group’s portfolio of assets, as well as the maximisation of the income it generates.
He leads the delivery of new acquisitions and disposals and oversees all landlord and tenant matters to understand and support the business needs of tenants to encourage their future growth.

Suzanne D’Arcy
Asset Manager
Suzanne is our Asset Manager and is responsible for supporting the delivery of our asset management, building strong relationships with both tenants and supply chain.
Part of the team since November 2024, Suzanne spent two years at The Wigley Group as Office Manager before joining us. She brings with her prior experience in both the property and banking sectors. Additionally, she holds a financial advice qualification and an HND in business.

Administrator
Marion is our Administrator, having moved into her new role in July 2025 after joining the Wigley team in June 2023 with over 20 years of administration and secretarial experience.
She is responsible for providing support to the Asset Director and Asset Manager, handling tenant communications, and assisting with a range of day-to-day administrative tasks.
