Key appointment reinforces Tetra’s ambitious plans for growth
Tetra Real Estate has appointed Suzanne D’Arcy as its Operations Manager to support its ambitious growth plans following the refinancing of its portfolio.
For the last two years, Suzanne has been the Office Manager for Wigley Connect, and this operational experience will be crucial in her new role.
Suzanne worked in the residential sector before joining Wigley and has a financial advice qualification, HND in business and ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management.
She will be focusing on supporting the delivery of Tetra Real Estate’s asset management, building strong relationships with both its tenants and its supply chain.
Louis Washington-Smith, Asset Director at Tetra Real Estate, said this is an important role which is integral to the ongoing success of the business.
“Suzanne has a proven skill set that we have seen on a day-to-day basis in her previous role at Wigley Connect.
Her drive and solutions-focused approach alongside her excellent proven inter-personal skills will be instrumental in this position,” he said.
“We interviewed several quality candidates for this role, and her tenacity shone throughout the recruitment process.
“Suzanne has undoubted ability and perseverance which, with her understanding of the property sector, is core to being a successful Operations Manager.”
Chris Parsons, Managing Director at Tetra Real Estate, said this appointment was the next stage of the company’s journey following the consolidation and refinancing of its portfolio in a £17 million deal to bring its portfolio to over £60 million and unlock additional capital for growth.
He said: “This is a really important time in our growth and Suzanne’s appointment coincides with this major deal to facilitate our growth not only in the short and medium term but in our long-term future and emphasises our ambitions.”
The deal consolidated a number of commercial properties including industrial units at Endemere Road in Coventry, Nuneaton’s Bermuda Industrial Estate and The Quadrant Industrial Estate in Nuneaton.
